Cancellation Policy

 

As a small business, I rely on my 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are having any COVID, cold or flu symptoms please reschedule your appointment within my policy timeframe. I understand life happens, and I have created this policy with this in mind while supporting my livelihood and small business.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or a “no show” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. All clients that show up 15 minutes or later after their appointment time will be considered a “no show”.
